Clean the printed sheets with a dry or damp cloth, with or without standard cleaning agents. Avoid any products that contain acetone, paint thinner or methanol. Avoid using any fabrics/ tools that can scratch the surface of the sheets.
The sheets are vulnerable to improper handling. Before mounting the prints, make sure you are not wearing and are not using any objects/ equipment that might scratch or puncture the surface of the sheets. Make sure the walls to be decorated are straight and have been cleaned.
The quality of the prints is guaranteed by the materials and technologies employed.
The original print bearing the X-Tiles trade mark are accompanied by a Quality and Warrantee Certificate guaranteeing the quality and resistance of the products under a 2-year warrantee provided that maintenance and use recommendations have been observed. We will not be held responsible for the deterioration of products due to failure to comply with maintenance and use recommendations.

The products displayed on this website have a fixed price, that includes VAT and is expressed in euros (EUR). This price is automatically calculated in Romanian lei (RON) according to the National Bank of Romania exchange rate. X-Tiles may change prices without prior notice and the new prices will be shown on this website. Any litigation will be solved amiably; in case an amiable solution cannot be reached, the litigation will be resolved in a court of law.
The buyer has the right to return any ordered X-Tiles product within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after reception. Products need to be returned in their original packaging and without signs of use. A copy of the invoice needs to be attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If the product is found defective X-Tiles will try to replace it, or will refund the purchase if the product is no longer available.
